Tasks & Pilots Loaded from Soaring Spot

Spectators can easily load the latest tasks and pilots from SoaringSpot. Just make sure the contest rego matches the aircraft on PureTrack, and names and class will appear next to gliders. Easily fix aircraft contest regos in the aircraft database if they are not correct.

Each contest has a simple link you can share, which will always load the most recent tasks and competitors. The user can then filter easily to competitors only to hide other aircraft, for the whole contest or a individual class.

Track your competitors anywhere

Know where your pilots and aircraft are at all times. If your site is remote, satellite trackers such as SPOT and InReach will track into the most remote mountain valley.

Be notified if someone doesn't get home.

PureTrack Alerts can notify if aircraft leave or depart a zone. Or be alerted if someone doesn't arrive home on time. (PureTrack Pro required)

Pin-point Landouts.

If someone out-lands in a field, know exactly where they are. And click one button to put them on Google Maps or Apple Maps for directions to get to them.

Case Study: NZ National Gliding Championships

New Zealand has been running mandatory tracking at contests for many years, with PureTrack (and it's predecessor) becoming the defacto standard for events.

Land-out retrieves become simple, with one click google directions to the pilot, who even after walking out to a road can be tracked with their cell phone.
